Exchanges within the US
We understand it is difficult to find the best fit by mail, so we offer exchanges of like-items at no additional charge. We will provide a prepaid return label. Please email [email protected] with your order number and name and the next size you think would like to try, or with any questions about the fit.
Exchanges and Returns outside the US

We know you will be pleased with your NightLift® purchase, however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return unused items, in original packaging, within 30 days from the date of shipment. Sale merchandise is final and cannot be returned. Refunds will be credited only to the credit card or Paypal account that was charged with the original purchase. Returns can only be accepted for merchandise purchased from NightLift.com’s website. Only NightLift Bras can be returned for a refund. All sales of panties are final.
Return packages should be shipped by the slowest most affordable service that provides tracking, like USPS. There is no need to add extra service costs, like insurance or signature-required. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Ship returns to:

Please return the item(s) in the original packaging, include the order number and reason you are returning the product for refund or exchange.

We cannot make any changes or cancel your order once an order has been processed. In the event that your online purchase does not meet your expectations, NightLift accepts returns of unused items (excluding panties) by mail within 30 days from the date of shipment.
